Class Description

A meditation yoga class focuses on combining traditional yoga postures with mindfulness and meditation techniques. You will be guided to synchronize movement with breath, cultivate awareness of the present moment, and develop a deeper connection with their bodies and minds. Classes begin with a series of pranayama/breathing exercises and then follow on with asanas that are designed to focus the mind and promote deeper breathing, finishing with a  guided meditation to help you sink further into a peaceful savasana. A class designed to promote overall well-being and inner peace.
