You choose between two types of fasts: Liquid Fast, a clean and revitalising flow of cold-pressed juices, refreshing smoothies, healing soups, and alkalising hydration that supports cellular renewal and digestive rest. Then there is the vibrant Raw Vegan Fast, delicious and nutritious meals crafted from a rainbow of vegetables and fruits. All this is supported by targeted nutrients, supplements, and daily guidance and encouragement from experienced wellness coaches. In time, your system begins to repair, rebalance, and re-awaken your natural vitality.

With daily yoga across multiple styles and levels, you’ll build strength, flexibility, and energetic flow, while moments of meditation and reflection create space for mental clarity and emotional release. This is where discipline meets ease—where transformation becomes sustainable and realistic.
A key part of the journey lies in deep therapeutic 1:1 sessions and advanced cleansing practices. From regular Balinese massages and lymphatic stimulation to holistic therapies like acupuncture, cupping, reiki to powerful treatments like colonic hydrotherapy and Hyperbearic Oxygen Therapy – every element is designed to support detoxification, improve circulation, and stimulate nervous system regulation—helping your body let go on every level.
Beyond the physical, you’ll step into Bali’s sacred traditions.
Experience a holy water purification ritual at a temple and waterfall, visit a sacred forest and see Bali’s famous monkeys, connect with a traditional Bali healer with a lineage of healers going back generations and learn about Bali’s most enduring and beloved practice of offering ‘Canang Sari’.
You will also gain practical wisdom with a personalized nutritional talk, giving you the tools to carry this transformation into your everyday life. Our wellness coach will prepare a focused naturopathic nutritional report for you to take away to use after your stay with us.
With full access to Udara’s wellness sanctuary—Finnish & infrared sauna, steam, warm and cold pools, ice bath and clean fresh ocean air—you’ll live in a rhythm of release, replenish, and rise.

The detox program starts on Saturdays with an introduction at 3.00 pm. Please schedule your travels in a way that you are able to check-in at 2 pm. Additional nights are available, if you prefer to arrive.
For a transformational detox process with long lasting benefits, we offer longer programs with a minimum stay of 14, 21 or 28 days. Your journey starts with our basic revitalizing detox plan, where you allow your body to adjust to the liquid cleanse with juices, smoothies, soups and various natural supplements. You immerse yourself into a beautiful detox journey with daily yoga classes in various styles, meditations, spa treatments, unique sound healing journeys and beautiful excursions. Together with our wellness coaches, you will decide whether you continue with the liquid cleanse or if you add raw food dishes into your detox meal plan for the continuation of your cleanse.
You will receive a private nutritional consultation with our wellness coach and a personalized schedule for the extended period of your stay, which will include more individual healing treatments, such as Hyperbaric Oxygen chamber, Sound Healing, Reiki, Water Healing or the visit to a Balinese Healer. This longer program not only helps your body to speed up the natural healing processes but also allows your mind to relax, release whatever does not serve you anymore and create more harmony between body, mind and spirit. Deep healing can happen! You can expect to leave Udara with fresh new inspiration, more energy, newfound lightness in your body and joy in your heart.
