Each fast is supported by natural supplements and refreshing daily coconut water. Each guest is guided with care and compassion by experienced wellness coaches. Your mind, body and spirit is given the space to cleanse, repair, and rebalance.

The Revitalizing Detox Program will kick-start revitalizing your body, mind and spirit. This program includes either a liquid cleanse with daily organic cold pressed juices, smoothies, vegetable soups or a raw food plan with light and nutritious fruit & vegetable dishes. In this program of 5 or 7 days, you also get various natural supplements and healing elixirs to support the detox process.
Your days will be filled with various activities, such as daily yoga classes in different styles, Spa treatments, meditations to calm your mind, special events and a unique sound meditation where you float blissfully in our 35 degrees warm water pool.
Self-administered enemas will help to reset your digestive system and our on-site spa facilities provide sauna, steam room, warm & cold pools and ice bath to sweat out toxins and strengthen your immune system.
You will also immerse yourself into the Balinese culture by learning how to craft an offering basket and by taking part in a water purification ritual at a sacred temple (7 days program). A talk on health & nutrition will help you create beneficial eating habits and strengthen your commitment for a healthy lifestyle after finishing the detox program.
