FULL-TIME POSITION | SESEH, CANGGU, BALI | IMMEDIATE START

We’re looking for an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. This position is located in Seseh, Canggu and requires immediate start.

In this role, you will be responsible for: 

• Supervise front desk staff and ensure excellent customer service
• Monitor daily operations of the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests
• Ensure the accuracy of billing and payment processes
• Monitor and review guest feedback
• Resolve guest complaints
• Ability to schedule, train and coach front desk staff
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements: 

• Indonesian Nationality
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as Front Desk Supervisor
• Fluent in both written and verbal English
• Ability to work both in a team and as an individual 
• Strong sense of leadership, discipline, humble and motivated
• Willingness to support other departments and events

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Content strategy & analysis for social media channels
• Copywriting for posts, newsletter, blog and other promotion material 
• Direction & Organization of Content production (videos/pictures etc)
• Event & Aerial teacher training campaigns & promotions
• Hotel Sales strategy incl. Google Ads, SEO and social media Ads
• Supervision of web design and sales staff
• Website monitoring for content updates, booking engine and performance

SPA SUPERVISOR

Requirements Spa Coordinator / Supervisor:

• Female
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in management or supervisory position in a spa
• Minimum 4 years of work experience as a spa therapist.
• Fluent in both written and verbal English
• Strong sense of leadership, disciplined, humble and motivated
• Able to work in a team or individual
• Willingness to support other departments and events
• Able to join immediately

Responsibilities Spa Supervisor:

• The ability supervising, disciplining and giving performance evaluations for the spa team.
• The ability to schedule staff, training the staff, achieve revenue targets and excellent score reviews.
• The ability to be responsible for the administration of goods, requisitions, inventories and quality control.
• Developing and enforcing the standard operating procedures at spa departments.
• Working on daily shifts in the spa reservation and giving treatment.
