The doors close once the ceremony inside the dome begins. In this case, no refunds or rescheduling of the ticket is possible.
You can park your car at the Wantilan area, located directly in front of Seseh Beach. Udara Bali is a one-minute walk from this parking location.
For the Sacred Sounds of Surya, Chandra Awakening and Svarga Resonance, a specific rundown is usually followed (as communicated via email). For all other events, entry closes 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. Once the doors are closed, entry is not permitted to ensure the sound healing session runs without any disturbances to the participants in deep meditation.
For latecomers, no refunds will be given and rescheduling the session last minute is not possible. Please refer to our Booking Policies.

If you need to use the bathroom, please quietly raise your hand to signal a team member, and they will open the door for you to leave discreetly.
During a session, you may experience a range of sensations, such as sinking into deep relaxation, feeling sleepy or experiencing tingling, feeling energy moving, emotional releases, or higher states of awareness. Every experience is unique, and we encourage you to embrace all sensations and feelings with openness.
To maintain the sacred and focused atmosphere, taking photos or videos is not permitted during the ceremony. You are welcome to take them before or after the session.
Please keep your phone in your bag in silent mode during the whole time of the session.
While it is best to try to stay awake to receive the full benefits, falling asleep can happen. If you begin to snore, the facilitator will gently tap you on the shoulder. If continuous snoring persists after multiple attempts to wake you, you will be asked to come back into an upright, seated position to ensure you do not disturb the deeply restful experience of other participants.
The ceremonial cacao which we serve in some of our events, is made with raw cacao from Bali, cinnamon, ginger, cayenne pepper, coconut sugar, and coconut milk. It is 100% vegan and does not contain any nuts.

During some of the sound healing ceremonies we serve Balinese Rosella tea with pandan leaves, cinnamon, anise, ginger and bit of brown sugar.
We chose Rosella tea because its vibrant red color, which perfectly symbolizes the heart, acting as a sensory anchor to shift participants from their analytical minds into a deeply receptive state. This local infusion is rich in antioxidants that calm the nervous system and lower blood pressure, beautifully preparing the body to absorb the vibrational power of the sound healing.
Yes, Udara Bali is an adults-only resort and the minimum age to join our sound healing ceremonies, classes, events and visit our facilities is 14 years old.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing. The domes are air-conditioned, and light blankets are available to cover yourself during the session.
The daily regular sound healing ceremonies as well as the Celestial Concerts are included for in-house guests. Please check with the reception or the weekly schedule to see which sessions are complimentary; special events may incur an additional charge.
