Choose from a variety of yoga classes in different styles, receive a soothing massage treatment, immerse yourself in a sound healing ceremony within the magical ambience of the Quantum Sound Dome, nourish yourself with a delicious meal and find rejuvenation in the uniquely designed spa facilities, which include a sauna, steam room, warm & cold pools and ice bath.
