If you purchase a ticket, you agree to the following Guidelines & Ticket Regulations of Udara Bali: 

• Please only park at the designated area around the Wantilan, the village community building next to Udara at the ocean side. No parking fees will be charged when you visit Udara. Please only park in this area to respect other road users during the festival time and the residents who live around Udara.
• Please download the Momence app to access your personalized QR code, which you will receive after registration. Show the code at our Front Office on the day to receive your bracelet and avoid a long queue.
• Please note that the ticket cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded after purchase.
• As an “Adults-Only Resort” the minimum age for staying at Udara and visiting our facilities is 14 years.
• When coming to Udara classes or events, you agree that the Udara staff might take pictures and videos for documentation and promotion. 
• Please do not bring your dog to Udara
