Class Description
Yoga Nidra or ‘Yogic sleep’ is a technique for deep relaxation, guiding the mind and attention through a specific sequence of breath and body awareness, as well as visualisations and invoking certain inner images. Inviting in a meditative state of mind and activating the parasympathetic nervous system, it is a great tool to recharge the body’s batteries and replenish one’s energy.
