We will guide you to dive into a breath cycle of approximately 60 minutes’ duration, involving full and connected breathing. This allows you to feel deeply, express, and release, combined with free and intuitive movement with a live DJ in our 2 hours safe, loving and kind space.

We start with a guided meditation for self-check in and intention setting, followed by the circular breathing technique. This technique will allow the energy to flow in the body and you will not only feel it physically, but it will clear stuck emotions and allow shifts on the energetic level. 

You may experience tingling sensations as part of the cleansing or movement of energy. The breath that connects the consciousness to the sub(un)consciousness may lead you to have internal experiences, e.g. feelings of past wounds that come to surface for us to release or resolve. 

As we create the awareness of the body and emotions and feel deeper, the movement serves as a form of meditation, helping to free feelings and emotions and attain a state of peace and total bliss.

About the Facilitator:
Gita is a certified Yoga and Rebirthing Breathwork Facilitator. She first met Rebirthing Breathwork accidentally during the pandemic lockdown. The lockdown and the uncertainty of the pandemic forced her to engage in a deep healing practice that not only allowed her to heal old wounds, but also brought her to journey of self-discovery and acceptance. 

About DJ Fxckmewell:
Adhe aka DJ Fckmewell has been playing Ecstatic Dance music for almost 6 years. Adhe always believes that the essence of Ecstatic Dance is that we come and move as we are and as we feel, and let the music guide us into trance, creating a unique and liberating experience. Adhe’s music is a mix and blend of soulful, deep, and bumpy house music. For this special event, Adhe will lead us to more soulful music that helps you to feel more connected to self and others, while feeling more freedom and ease through movement.
