Class Description

The Two Wolves Ceremony. A mixture of Native American Ritual, Eastern Meditation, Western Psychology and the sacred plant medicine Cacao. Awaken your intuition with a series of practices designed to bring the mind and body to a place of self-awareness, confidence, and clarity. 

This practice includes guided meditation, Tibetan sound healing, energetic elevation through motion, and Pranayama  breathwork. By consciously engaging with sound, sight, touch, motion, and scent we will work to invoke our higher self and communicate more intimately with our Autonomic Nervous System
