Class Description
This class is a combination of yoga poses that will be linked together in a creative vinyasa flow and breathing exercises (pranayama). This class is designed to build internal heat, increase life force (prana) and uplift spiritual energy with a strong focus on powerful breathing techniques such as kapalabahti and controlled breath retentions. The practice helps removing energy blockages and activating our self-healing potential.
