Class Description
The Power Aerial Yoga is a stronger class that elevates your practice by incorporating poses that build more strength while still being accessible to students of different levels of experience. Using the support of a hammock, you will experience a sense of freedom and weightlessness as you work through postures that enhance muscle tone while still improving your breathing capacity and flexibility. Under the safe guidance of our experienced teachers, you will also challenge yourself to become more confident in flying off the ground and upside down. The fabric supports your body, allowing for a great variety of yoga poses and movements, making this class both a fun experience and great workout.
