During a gong sound bath, various gongs are set up in different corners of the room, allowing the participants to be immersed in a sea of vibration. Listening to and feeling the incredible variety of sounds that a gong can produce can send you on a deep meditative journey, remove energy blockages, evoke emotional release and release stress from body and mind.
